10/27 Commemoration Torah Study with Rabbi Sharon Cohen Anisfeld

Course Title: Longing is the Mother of Renewal
Rabbi Sharon Cohen Anisfeld is the President of Hebrew College, where she previously served as Dean of the Rabbinical School. A graduate of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, Anisfeld spent 15 years as a Hillel rabbi at Tufts, Yale, and Harvard universities. She was named in Newsweek’s list of Top 50 Influential Rabbis in America and recognized as one of the fifty most influential Jews in the world by The Jerusalem Post.

Torah Study is part of the third year commemoration honoring the lives lost and the people affected by the attack on three Pittsburgh synagogues – Congregation Dor Hadash, New Light Congregation, and Tree of Life * Or L’Simcha Congregation – on October 27, 2018 (18 Cheshvan 5779).
All sessions will take place on the Zoom platform and will each be 50 minutes in length.
Pre-registration for specific sessions is required. You will be sent a zoom link for each session you register for, 24 hours prior to the session.
