QiGong and Tai Chi
Whether attending just once or every week, both newcomers and seasoned players will enjoy a greater sense of relaxation and revitalization. Participants will take home some simple meaningful self-acupressure selfcare practices and movements, sparking the joy of movement. This brief series is designed around the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of Five Elements. Our QiGong and Tai Chi flow explores and enhances our sense of harmony with nature mostly through the bodymind practice of soothing standing meditative movements.
Chairs will be provided for accommodation of individual needs. These sessions are also suitable for those who use wheelchairs. QiGong is for every body!
Dress for comfort. Flat-bottom shoes or slippers recommended.

Suzen Sharda Segall holds both a Masters and a Specialist Degree in Counselor Education from University of Pgh. and a certification in integrated health and wellness from The Jain Meditation International Center NY. She has Tai Chi and QiGong certifications from Dr. Paul Lam and Ted Cibik and studied further Qi Gong systems with Acupuncturist Rob Bastress and currently seasonal QiGong+TaiChi With Leda Elliott.For over five decades she has been contributing practical and effective self-care to the global community as a Wellness Personal Trainer/Consultant She is the founder of BodyArts Therapeutics and designer of The YESSS Method of Restorative yoga for every body. Weather permitting QiGong+TaiJi in the park are open to the public locally.
