Learning from Our Bodies: Somatic Experiencing
In this 6-week series you’ll learn about the body’s physical stress response system, how our mammal nervous system contributes to emotional well being, and how to use the body’s technology to feel more settled and resilient.
This program is for you if you are:
Seeking extra support and skills to work with the nervous system
Curious about somatic or body-based therapy
Struggling with feelings of overwhelm, numbness, or anxiety
This is an in-person, small, closed group of 6-8 people
This program is free and open to those with or without JCC memberships
