foster a weekly journaling habit in community

Just three pages every morning can be enough to turn your whole day around. This program is for those looking to tap into creativity, self-reflection, and gratitude practices and build a sustainable writing habit. No writing experience required! Together we will take the time to fill three pages of a journal and then discuss our experiences and thoughts. We are not gathering to critique each other’s writing, but to foster intentionality and community.

This program is a drop-in program—no registration is required! This program is free and open to everyone. We will meet in Room 316 (the 10.27 Healing Partnership) on the third floor of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh in Squirrel Hill.
