Meditation 101
Meditation can help us view ourselves and the world with greater clarity and patience. It is a rare practice that is always available to us, wherever we are. From the outside it can look simple, but in practice meditation can feel a bit daunting. In this program we combine skilled facilitation and peer support to provide education, empathy, and guidance to meditation beginners. Every week we’ll learn simple instructions for the complex process of meditation and we’ll discuss the experiences we encounter while meditating. This is a place each week where you can sit and simply be with yourself. Meditation can be challenging alone; join us to go on this journey together!
