10/27 Commemoration Torah Study with Rabbi Cheryl Peretz

Course Title: Choosing Hope, Letting Go of Despair
Rabbi Cheryl Peretz has served for more than twenty years as the Associate Dean of the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies at American Jewish University in Los Angeles. She is known for creating meaningful and individually expressive lifecycle events, for helping rabbis and communities remain in healthy and constructive relationships, and for helping people journey towards growth and fulfillment. In addition to her work at the school, Rabbi Peretz continues to work in pulpits for high holidays and throughout the year and serves as a teacher and speaker all over North America and beyond.

Torah Study is part of the third year commemoration honoring the lives lost and the people affected by the attack on three Pittsburgh synagogues – Congregation Dor Hadash, New Light Congregation, and Tree of Life * Or L’Simcha Congregation – on October 27, 2018 (18 Cheshvan 5779).
All sessions will take place on the Zoom platform and will each be 50 minutes in length.
Pre-registration for specific sessions is required. You will be sent a zoom link for each session you register for, 24 hours prior to the session.
