Volunteering: Blankets for Families

The 10.27 Healing Partnership invites you to join us in service and in spirit to honor the eleven people who were killed in the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting on October 27, 2018. We will build connections and bring light into our communities while uplifting their memories and legacies.
Join us and Jewish Family and Community Services (JFCS) in creating no-sew blankets and hygiene kits for JFCS’s pantry and immigrant, youth, and older adult services. If you are able, please consider collecting hygiene products, scissors, and fleece fabric to bring to aid in this project.
This program will run on October 25th from 10:00am-11:30am at JFCS’s main office at 5743 Bartlett Street. This program is family-friendly!
