Trauma Resiliency Group, offered by Jewish Family and Children Services

An open group session that focuses on personal growth and healing from trama. In these sessions, participants can deepen their skills to be more present with and responsive to the issues around trauma. Led by Amy Lohr, participants will experience the support of reiki and energy work, guided meditation, aromatherapy, spirituality and other complementary healing techniques that value the whole self and empower wellness.
