Join Squirrel Hill Stands Against Violence and their partners to honor the 11 victims of the October 27, 2018 synagogue shooting and to tell our own stories in the service of passing stronger gun legislation.

This memorial will provide an opportunity for all attendees to tell their personal stories in the service of passing stronger gun laws. You will have an opportunity to tell your story – why are stronger gun laws are important to you personally? Stories will be recorded by video or audio and delivered to legislators after the event.  There will also be an ‘open mic’ where individuals who wish to tell their stories publicly can address the larger group of attendees. Open mic stories will be recorded by video.
