FreeJust three pages every morning can be enough to turn your whole day around. This program is for those looking to tap into creativity, self-reflection, and gratitude practices and build a sustainable writing habit. No writing experience required! Together we will take the time to fill three pages of a journal and then discuss our experiences and thoughts. We are not gathering to critique each other’s writing, but to foster intentionality and community.
This program is a drop-in program—no registration is required! This program is free and open to everyone. We will meet at 11:15am in Room 316 (the 10.27 Healing Partnership) on the third floor of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh in Squirrel Hill on Mondays.
