This drop-in counseling is fully free. No insurance or appointment required.

This brief counseling may be helpful to those who:
Are interested in discussing a specific issue they’re having in their lives
Have not accessed counseling before
Would like to speak to a counselor for 1-3 sessions
Are experiencing heavy emotions and want someone to talk to
