Forest Bathing: Walled Garden at Mellon Park

Forest bathing is not about literal baths—the idea is to “bathe” in the sounds and sights of nature. Join us at one of our healing, consciousness-building forest bathing events. We will take gentle strolls through the Walled Garden at Mellon Park while nurturing our connection to the natural world through reflective practices.
