Open Morning Meditation

FreeLooking to incorporate mindfulness into your routine and make meaningful connections with others? Join us from 8am to 8:45am every Thursday for open meditation. We will engage in individual, quiet meditation for approximately twenty minutes, followed by approximately twenty minutes of group reflection, thoughts, and warm community-building.
Everyone of all experience levels is welcome! Experienced meditators can offer suggestions and ideas for those new to meditation if requested. The 10.27 Healing Partnership space offers several meditation rooms, so space will be available for those who meditate in different ways (incorporating movement into their meditation, for example).
No registration is required. These sessions are free. JCC membership not required to attend.
We are currently holding these sessions every Thursday in July as a trial run, but we hope to continue these sessions into the future. Attend a session this month so we know that you are interested!
