Qigong and Tai Chi

FreeWhether attending just once or every week, both newcomers and seasoned players will enjoy a greater sense of relaxation and revitalization. Participants will take home some simple meaningful self-acupressure selfcare practices and movements, sparking the joy of movement. This brief series is designed around the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of Five Elements. Our QiGong and Tai Chi flow explores and enhances our sense of harmony with nature mostly through the bodymind practice of soothing standing meditative movements.
Chairs will be provided for accommodation of individual needs. These sessions are also suitable for those who use wheelchairs. QiGong is for every body!
