Morning Meditation

FreeLooking to incorporate mindfulness into your routine and make meaningful connections with others? Join us at 8:30am on Wednesdays in August for open meditation. We will engage in individual, quiet meditation for approximately twenty minutes, followed by approximately twenty minutes of group reflection, thoughts, and warm community-building.
Everyone of all experience levels is welcome! Experienced meditators can offer suggestions and ideas for those new to meditation if requested.
No registration is required. These sessions are free. JCC membership not required to attend.
