Jewish Cemetery and Burial Association (Commemorative Volunteering)

Thank you for your interest in commemorative volunteering in memory of those who were killed in the October 27, 2018 synagogue shooting. In this commemorative service event we will sweep the concrete lanes and walkways, rake leaves, remove dirt from headstones, and perform other duties to spruce up these sacred grounds. 

This commemorative service event is open to everyone of all ages. This service event would not be ideal for those with low mobility or those who require wheelchairs or walkers, as the ground is not even. Service may include bending, kneeling, sitting, standing, and pulling. This volunteering event with the JCBA will take place at Beth Abraham Cemetery.
