Community Acupuncture
Our Fight/Flight response provides an incredible strategy for keeping us safe. Unfortunately, many of us spend too much time in this state of nervous system arousal. Acupuncture can help calm the sympathetic nervous system: restoring more gentle breath, lower blood pressure, reduced headaches, and better digestion.
This treatment involves the gentle placement of up to five small, sterilized needles into specific sites on each ear. Participants will sit quietly in a group setting for 30-45 minutes allowing the treatment to take effect.
Acupuncture will be provided by Peter Braasch of Braasch Acupuncture.
Registration is required. There will be a limited amount of seats available. This program will take place at the 10.27 Healing Partnership (third floor of the JCC in Squirrel Hill).
This program will take place on September 3rd at 6pm and September 16th at 1pm. Please only register for one of the two dates.
