ADHD and Mindfulness

August 7, 2025 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Free

“ADHD and Mindfulness” is a three-part program meeting on July 24th, July 31st, and August 7th from 6pm-7pm at the 10.27 Healing Partnership

Mindfulness can be a powerful way to feel more present and grounded. But for many people with ADHD, traditional approaches to mindfulness can feel frustrating or even impossible. This workshop series offers a different way in. We’ll explore how to make mindfulness feel more doable by starting small, using your character strengths, and practicing “The Power of the Pause” – a flexible, ADHD-friendly approach to slowing down and tuning in.

Hosted by Sammie Walker Herrera, Professional ADHD Coach, we’ll reframe what mindfulness can look like so it works with your brain, not against it. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking for ways to deepen your practice, you’ll leave with practical tools to create more ease, awareness, and self-compassion in daily life.

This program is free and open to everyone. You are not required to have any sort of formal diagnosis in order to attend. Participants will find this program most meaningful if they plan to attend all three sessions.
