JFCS Create Hope Gallery

This year, JFCS is curating CREATE HOPE, an online gallery of art, songs, poems, spoken word, crafts, service projects and more created BY and FOR YOU! We're asking the community to submit their projects, words, and more that inspire hope to share with the world. If you're interested in hosting a workshop or have a project you'd like to submit to the gallery, please send your submission to create@jfcspgh.org.

Cam Heyward My Cause, My Cleats Raffle

Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end, Cam Heyward, has donated his custom, game worn cleats from the “My Cause, My Cleats” week of the 2019 NFL season. Mr. Heyward had these cleats created by a local artist to ensure that the community remembers the 11 victims of the shooting on 10/27/18 and that we stand together against anti-Semitism. These one-of-a-kind, autographed cleats will be auctioned off in an online raffle. Tickets go on sale October 23 and sales end on November 23.…

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

An open group session that focuses on personal growth and healing from trama. In these sessions, participants can deepen their skills to be more present with and responsive to the issues around trauma. Led by Amy Lohr, participants will experience the support of reiki and energy work, guided meditation, aromatherapy, spirituality and other complementary healing techniques that value the whole self and empower wellness.

A Community Conversation: Where Do We Go From Here?

An Evening with Editors Beth Kissileff & Eric Lidji Featuring Their New Book: “Bound in the Bond of Life: Pittsburgh Writers Reflect on the Tree of Life Tragedy”
